This is just the first batch of puddi, remember it's Puddi Puddi we're making.

Also, since it's boiling hot I poured the yellow mix into the blue bucket outside where there's bad lighting for pics. Lick my balls I don't care about this.

Anyways mix the rest of the packages with the milk and bring it to a boil like we literally just did.

OP freezing your flan will fuck every thing up.
I didn't want to say it because it'd be funny to see how disappoint you'd be when it was ruined, but alas, I felt guilt.
Since it takes a long time to set, it'll start freezing when it's like half flan/half liquid, creating a freezing berries affect, like you said, once thawed.
Or, if your fridge is not too cold, it'll freeze once it's solidiflanned. Moisture will pull together as it freezes and away from the flan and freeze into cracks all throughout your flan which will make your jello break into pieces either while freezing or once thawed.
It's all in the physics.

I didn't read any of the abovepost, but I enjoy eating jello and pudding a lot. I know by experience to make it stiffer, is to reduce the liquid your using. so if the recipe is calling for 2 gallons of mile, reduce it to 1 and a half or less, but more then a gallon and a quarter
