Hello, /vp/. This place was fucking amazing when it first came out in 2010. I remember all the great shit that went down, people streaming themselves playing Nuzlocke runs, Pokegirls threads, etc. It was a really fun time.

Unfortuantely, it got repetitive after awhile so I stopped coming here by the end of 2010. On the few occasions I got bored and checked back in, /vp/ looked like a ghost of its former self. I only came back to make this post when I heard that /vp/ was being axed. I guess that summer of 2010 was just a magical time that can't be recreated.

I'm gonna dump a few of my personal favorites, starting with this one.

It's like a page in a comic, and it makes me want to know why Cynthia and her Garchomp are there and who's after them.

I like this picture because it's where the journey began, numero uno. I remember receiving Pokemon Blue for my fifth birthday in 1998, I didn't have a clue what to do and the world of Pokemon was initially harsh, I recall it taking seventeen attempts to defeat Brock. I've kept going, bought every game since on the release day and the journey still continues, I'll be a Pokemon Master someday. Though as a last sentiment for /vp/, and if this is indeed the end, this will be my last post, I'd like to remind everyone that it's not the destination, it's the trip, have a good one on me /tr/ainers and keep the dream alive.
