Orange is your friend. I don't mean just any kind of friend, you will ALWAYS remember him and he seems like the kind of guy you'd be able to get along with for life, always being there for you. Do not let your rekindled obsession get in the way of your friendship. It seems very probable that Orange has a thing for M as well, even if to a far lesser extent. That coupled with the fact that a relationship between you and M is improbable (she will find out, and there is a huge difference in life experience. She'd be your first real thing and has probably had better) you should absolutely make sure O wouldn't get mad at you for going for her. But if it's fine and a opportunity presents itself I wish you luck. It'd be a fucking beautiful ending to the story.
