Hay guize, you need to do the following:

Torrent a copy of Adobe PhotoShop. If you don't know about torrenting or are too pussy to download thousand-dollar software, search for and download "the GIMP" instead.

Open up the template, add a text layer, select IMPACT FONT, choose a large font size so it's readable from the 250x250 thumbnail when you upload it to the board.

Most importantly, stroke that shit. From the menu, choose Layer > Layer Style > Stroke and add a black border around the outside of your white lettering. While trivial, forgetting this step guarantees your failure.

When the text is generated simply go to the layers window and delete the "pattern" one and the background one. You are left with bordered text.
