I prefer coconut, as it has the consistency of whole cows milk and a mild flavor.

Soy and almond are nearly the same consistency and flavor. Almond is naturally sweet though, making it more palatable than soy milk.

Rice is my second favorite, but its closer to water than milk. Its a Real "milk alternative".
Along with rice milk, hemp is the Other, less used alternative. It has a grainy texture, but is full of vitamins and minerals Naturally. I dont like to drink it straight, unless its chocolate.
