To start you out in the right direction let me provide you with a recipe that will use only those items which are generally stored in an emergency food pantry. This particular meal is called Chicken Ramen. As the name suggests you should start out with a package of inexpensive ramen noodles.

Ingredients

1 package of chicken flavor Ramen noodles

1 bullion cube

1 teaspoon of dried onion flakes

1 Tablespoon of Parsley Flakes

1 1/2 Tablespoons of olive oil

1 can of chunk chicken

1 can of mixed vegetables

Parmesan cheese

To prepare this survivalist feast cook your Ramen noodles according to the instructions on the package. Don’t add the flavor packet at this time but use the bullion cube instead. Drain the noodles and set them aside for now.

In a skillet sauté the onion flakes in the olive oil. Open and drain the can of chicken chunks and place in the skillet with the oil and onions. Add the Parsley flakes at this time. Now you can stir the Ramen noodle seasoning into the skillet mixture and stir until well mixed. Now add the noodles along with the can of drained and rinsed mixed vegetables. Cook for another ten minutes and serve hot.

When you serve the meal add a little of the grated Parmesan cheese atop the food. For some added variety you could substitute beef Ramen noodles in place of the chicken or even use tuna or shrimp instead of chicken. Use your imagination and what supplies you have on hand.

Recipe:

1 tsp. baking soda

½ tsp. fine sea salt

1 drop essential oil (spearmint, peppermint, orange, cinnamon, etc.)

Notes:

Home made body armor...

The key to making something like this is going to be force dispersal. This won't hold up to high-caliber shit, and this is going to be impractical as fuck, but it's a start.

You're going to need a shitload of corrugated sheet metal. Cut out about five two-foot-wide sections.

Between each section, you're going to want to use a thin layer of spray foam insulation, Flex Seal, or something similar. You're going to need something that is going to make the layers of metal adhere to each other, but have a rubbery texture.

Once the insulation cures, rubberize the outer layer. Bingo.

ATTENTION TO ANYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO KILL THEMSELVES

Avoid the anarchists cookbook entirely, just about everything in there will kill you, guaranteed. Look up anything you find in there extensively if you want to try it, as the book tends to leave very critical notes out which would mean life or death for the maker.

For example when making a pipe bomb be sure to use materials that wont generate electricity like PVC or steel which will generate sparks with friction, so when you are finished filling the pipe with black powder or what ever and you go to put the end cap on use a Non-sparking metal like copper or the pipe and cap will create a spark from the friction and blow your bomb killing/maiming yourself.

there are tools made out of the metals and alloys that are called Non-sparing tools, look up those tools metals/alloys for reference on what to look for when choosing end caps, generally plumbing pipes are good to use for pipe bombs but look shit up for yourself and dont take anyones word for shit when it can kill you
